Sandra K. Nissenberg, MS, RD, is a registered dietitan with a strong background in feeding healthy families and children. Sandy obtained her bachelors in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, and her masters in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. Sandy has two children who helped inspire her on many of her books, especially as she followed their eating habits through the years. Her daughter, Heather, co-authored of one of her books on helping kids make and eat fun and healthy foods.

Also, she believes that “all foods can fit” within moderation for the healthiest relationship with food through the years.
